SO NOW YOU'RE A BUSINESS OWNER!

"I am a booth renter."  What does that mean?  You are your own boss.  You are an independent business person.  You are self-employed.  You are responsible for your own business.  You need to sign a business agreement with the owner of the facility in which you will be conducting your business.  If you are a booth renter it is vital for you to educate yourself on your rights and responsibilities as a 'mini-salon' owner.

This educational seminar will greatly improve your knowledge and understanding of chair, nail table, or service room rentals within a salon, spa or barbering business establishment.  You will learn why a spa/salon owner/landlord is going to give you a business lease to sign, what should be in the lease regarding your working relationship and how the lease will protect both parties' business interests.  You will have a greater concept of why you should insist that every establishment provide a business lease if you are considering renting.  Be advised that not just any lease will do.  The wrong lease can create a false sense of security, guidance and direction with no protection.  Includes IRS and your state guidelines..
